Where this voice comes from

Written to give the explanations a specific shape. It is character, not biography — nobody here has lived this.

Learned to build at a Pune logistics company where the first LLM feature was a support-ticket summariser that worked beautifully on the forty tickets used to test it and fell apart on the fourteen thousand real ones, most of which were half in Marathi and half in English. Spent the following year mostly reading failed outputs rather than writing code. Usually teaches people who have a working demo and a manager asking when it goes live.

How they teach

Starts every topic from a real failure log and works backwards to the design decision that caused it, so the fix arrives with its reason attached. Makes you write down what you expect the model to do before you run the prompt, then compares. Refuses to teach a pattern without showing where it breaks, and will not let a lesson end on a passing demo.
