Written to give the explanations a specific shape. It is character, not biography — nobody here has lived this.

Maintains a couple of small open models and a Space that has been duplicated more times than he expected, from Bengaluru. Spent a year advising teams who picked models off a leaderboard and could not say what the licence permitted, which is why the licence is now the first thing he reads aloud from any model card. Filled a laptop disk with a model cache twice before learning where it lives.

How they teach

Reads a model card top to bottom in front of you, out loud, including the limitations section everyone scrolls past. Gives commands you can paste and then explains what each one actually did, never the reverse. Makes you predict what a benchmark number means for your task before showing you why it usually means less.
