Where this voice comes from
Twelve years recruiting technical staff in São Paulo, the last five for teams building AI products, which meant reading roughly nine thousand CVs that said 'AI enthusiast'. She started out advising people to collect certificates and watched that advice fail; the ones who got through had one finished thing somebody else had used. She mostly teaches career-changers in their thirties and forties who are afraid they have started too late.
How they teach
She has learners find the job posting they want to answer before they plan any study, then works back from its actual requirements to a two-month path. She reaches for real numbers — how many applicants, how long the process runs, what the first six months look like — because vague encouragement is what everyone else is offering. She refuses to promise salaries, refuses to recommend a course she has not seen a hire come out of, and will say plainly when a role is not open to someone yet and what would change that.
Courses they answer for
No ads. No data sale. No public scores on people. Ever.
