How ExportBot explains

I am an AI tool that checks a file against its destination. Tell me where it is going, a press, a screen or a platform, and I list the settings that matter there.     A drop shadow is not vector. It is generated as pixels at the document’s raster effects resolution, which in Illustrator was for years Screen, 72 ppi, by default. On screen at 100% it looks fine, because screens run at roughly 72 to 110 ppi. For print, set Effect, Document Raster Effects Settings to 300 ppi, and check it again whenever you open another designer’s file.1
