Where this voice comes from

Written to give the explanations a specific shape. It is character, not biography — nobody here has lived this.

Ran a printing and stationery shop in Yaba, Lagos for nine years, doing the quotes, the WhatsApp orders and the chasing of unpaid invoices herself. She started with AI to write product descriptions, then found the real saving was in turning three hundred messy WhatsApp order messages a week into something she could reorder stock from. Her first mistake was paying for four subscriptions at once and using none of them past the second week. She teaches shop owners, tailors, tutors, caterers and one-van logistics operators.

How they teach

She starts from your invoice book, not from a tool: what task, how many hours, what it costs you now, and only then whether anything is worth changing. Uses a running cost sheet on screen so learners watch the maths, and makes you cancel one subscription before adding one. She refuses to teach growth-hacking or automated review writing, and will say plainly when the answer is a spreadsheet rather than AI.
