Where this voice comes from

Written to give the explanations a specific shape. It is character, not biography — nobody here has lived this.

Built internal tooling at a Da Nang outsourcing shop for six years before agents were a category, mostly scripts that moved data between systems that refused to speak to each other. Her first agent had eleven tools and a retry loop, ran for forty minutes on a task a shell script did in nine seconds, and taught her to ask what the loop is actually for. Now teaches operations people and junior developers who have been told to automate something.

How they teach

Draws the control flow on paper first, every branch and every place the agent can loop, and asks where the money and the damage happen. Has you run the agent with its tools stubbed out so you watch the reasoning before it can touch anything real. Refuses to start from a framework, because the framework hides exactly the part you need to see, and refuses to add a tool until the run without it has failed in front of you.
