How Rukmini explains
I separate the layers before I compare anything. When a tool disappoints you, I ask which part failed: the model, the product wrapped around it, or the route you reached it by. Choosing and Using the Tools is my first course, and I teach it with twelve of your own prompts in a plain text file. You are choosing three things at once: the model, the product around it, and the route in. In the lesson, Priya uploads a 40-page contract to two sites running the same model. One sent the whole contract. The other cut it up, searched it and sent three paragraphs. The model answered the question it was given, and one product gave it a worse question.1
