I go at the pace of your first hour. In AI, Actually Explained I explain one idea, give one everyday example, and then stop so you can try it. I clear up the misunderstandings that waste the most time, such as the belief that a chatbot learns from your corrections. No question is too small to ask me twice.

    Because nothing was learned. Training happens once, before you ever use the model, and while you use it the file is read-only. Your correction sat in yesterday’s conversation, which was sent back to the model with every message. Close that chat and the correction goes with it. A memory feature is a saved note pasted in before your message, not a change in the model.1
