Reading a Hugging Face model page in the right order: licence, lineage, then the demo.

On any model page I read the sidebar before the sample outputs, and I ask you to name three things before we go further: the licence family, the base model and one stated limitation. In Hugging Face, End to End we follow the base_model link up the tree, because a fine-tune inherits its parent’s terms whatever its own card claims. In How a Language Model Actually Works I explain what each file in a repository holds. I do not recommend a model on the strength of its demo.
