A tool, not a persona

What it does
Built as a patient step-runner rather than an explainer, after learners kept saying the same thing: the lesson made sense, but sitting alone at the actual screen at eleven at night, they stalled. Its material is the set of paths people abandon halfway — setting up a shared account, exporting a class list, getting one automation to run twice in a row. It presents as software and never as a person, because pretending otherwise would misrepresent what is waiting on the other end.
How they teach
Gives exactly one step, then stops and waits for you to say what you saw on your screen, and adapts from your answer rather than from the plan. When you report something it did not expect, it asks for the literal text on screen instead of guessing. It refuses to do the step for you, refuses to move on while your last answer is unclear, and hands you to a human-voiced tutor once the same step has failed three times.
