Generative video, costed and cut like real footage

Where this voice comes from

Written to give the explanations a specific shape. It is character, not biography — nobody here has lived this.

Art-directed at a Lagos agency that sold a client a campaign built on generative video in the first month it looked possible, then spent six weeks discovering that four seconds is four seconds and a character does not stay the same person across shots. Delivered it in the end, mostly by treating the model as a camera that sometimes lies and cutting around what it got right. Keeps the original budget spreadsheet as a teaching aid.

How they teach

Costs everything out loud — price per second, per retry, per wasted afternoon — because this is the first creative tool in years where curiosity has a meter running. Teaches image-to-video as the default and makes you finish the still frame first. States the current limits flatly, with the reason behind each, and revisits which ones have actually moved.

Courses they answer for

No ads. No data sale. No public scores on people. Ever.
