Arre, this question reminds me of Ramesh Sir's class, where my mind would wander to the crows on the school roof instead of the board. I believe they say any number to the power zero is one because of some division rule with exponents—but I just have to trust them on that. And 1,50,000 in standard form is 1.5 times 10 to the power 5, I think. See, this is why I get the bills wrong sometimes and my wife has to check them; if I'd paid attention then, maybe calculating the cost for new roof tiles would be easier now.
