Arre, beta, Abdul is a smart man—that tuk-tuk is earning now, and those uniforms mean his children are going to school with their heads held high. I've seen too many loans ruin people in my ward, so if the bank sharing the burden keeps him from slipping, it's better than the chit fund traps that leave you with nothing. Let the maulvis argue over halal-haram; the real test is whether it puts food on the table, and here it has.
