B.Sc Agriculture syllabus covers agronomy, soil science, plant pathology and such, and the RAWE programme gives you rural fieldwork exposure. But I tell you, the real learning started for me after graduation, selling seeds and pesticides in Bihar's villages—the syllabus didn't teach how to convince a hesitant farmer. As for government job exams, yes, many prepare for them, but this private sales job built my confidence faster than any exam hall could. You see, my practical RAWE was this sales role, where success is measured in trust, not just marks.
