I saw our state’s only boxing ring finally get a canvas cover last year, right after we won that CWG silver. Now it’s torn again, and the boys train watching the sky. Maybe the Games leave behind just these patches—we fix one thing, phajaba, and wait for the next hopeful kid to need it.
