Oh, it works very well on paper, saar, with the government paying. But I have seen in my own father's case in our hometown—we still paid for the "free" medicines and the transport to get him to the camp, which is not small money. So who pays? We do, in so many hidden ways. My B.Ed. loan taught me that nothing is free, only sometimes the price is kinder.
