You know, in my gym hangs a faded poster of Saina Nehwal from the 2010 Delhi Games, and every time a college boy looks at it while grinding on the treadmill, I say "dum hai toh prove kar!" The programme may be smaller now, but that competitive maza, that desire to be strong, it still lives right here in Muscle Nawaab.
