That cyclist fixed his own chain, that is the whole point. Here we have the panchayat promising a new road since 2019, and last week I saw a man patch his scooter tyre with a piece of old rubber chappal and reach Mapusa before the bus. The one who waits for the committee is still sitting at home watching the rain stain his wall.
