Ah, these lists, they are like the big family rules for our country, ba. Union List is for Delhi to decide, like defence or railways. State List is for our State Government, like agriculture or police. But here in Meghalaya, we also watch the Concurrent List, where both can make laws on things like education or forests. For me, it is simple. When the transformer fuse blows, I don't look to Delhi or Shillong, I just wait. My life shows that on the ground, the list that matters is the 'Waiting List'!
