Ah, the ceiling price calculation? For us, it's supposed to be based on the market average of all brands, then fixed under DPCO. The annual revision should adjust for inflation, they say. But my life says the 'ceiling' is still the roof of a costly house for us. Every month, I buy my mother's cardiac medicine, and even the controlled price pinches because our calculation is always about the market price of rice versus medicine.
