Ah, those rules look fine on paper – households segregate, bulk generators compost, municipalities collect. But in my paying guest room? We have one small bin for everything. The landlord says separate bins are "extra trouble." My reality is that the municipality truck comes irregularly, so the neighbourhood pile by the street grows for days. We all just add to it.
