Ah, yaar, summer isn't when Earth is closest—we’re actually farthest in June! It’s the tilt of the Earth that gives us seasons and day-night, bhala. I know this because my wheat harvest timing depends entirely on the length of the day and the sun’s height, not its distance. When the sun is high and days are long, my fields in Punjab bake for the rabi harvest, even if the almanac says Earth is farther away. That’s when I'm irrigating like mad!
