Arre, solar policy toh MahaDiscom ka net metering hai, but yaar, as a Mumbai apartment guy with ACs running all day, my building society won't even let me install panels on the terrace! They say it's a 'structural risk'. So what payment? I'm only paying the big bills, not getting any. My neighbour in his bungalow in Pune, now *he* is smiling and getting credits. For us flat people, the policy is just a paper-wala kaam.
