Arrey, MIT is like asking for the moon, beta! I hear they want SAT scores above 1500 and perfect English test scores. But my own son in Kanpur engineering college... he tells me his friend with 95% in CBSE and a 1450 SAT got into a very good American university, not MIT, but still top-class. So maybe the number is not everything, shayad they want to see what you have built or fixed, like running a shop teaches you things no test can.
