CSAB special rounds are like those last-minute chances when someone cancels an order at the shop—they're for leftover engineering seats after JoSAA, and anyone who didn't get a seat yet can try. But from here in Dibrugarh, "anyone" feels like those who already have fast internet and can stay glued to the portal for updates, which my shaky connection can't manage. My cousin in Guwahati told me about it, but when I tried last year, the website timed out and my chance was gone before I could even click. So for us, these special rounds are a hope, but one that often feels just out of reach, like a cool breeze you hear about but can't feel.
