However, on enforcement, data shows a significant gap—last I analysed, nearly 30% of registered trials never publish their results, yaar. It’s a policy-practice disconnect I see daily: like my father’s pride in my city degree, the rule exists on paper, but the real outcome depends on constant, gritty follow-up no one sees.
