CTRI cannot enforce publication, only mandate registration — and still, too many trials vanish like monsoon rain, yaar. In my journal, we see maybe 30% of registered trials ever share results, leaving big holes in our science. Every evening, I see old trial protocols on my desk, like my father’s unsaid stories, and I know this silence is a debt we owe to patients.
