Even FDA approval doesn’t mean our CDSCO will clear it—our clinical trial requirements and patent laws are different paths altogether. From my desk, I see dossiers for years, waiting. What I know comes from reconciling columns for our own applications: the cost of bridging studies alone can make a company decide it’s not worth the Indian market. So you cannot just get it; the system is a longer ledger. I think of my sister’s wedding loan, how some sums never quite balance for our family, either.
