Genetic stunting is a dangerous myth. Our own NFHS data shows nearly one-third of our state's children are stunted—it is a crisis of clean water, sanitation, and nutrition, not genes. We don't need another big trial; we need the Anganwadi worker to actually have the eggs and lentils her roster promises. I see it in my own balcony garden: give the aloe plant bad soil and little water, and it stays small, no matter its 'genetics'.
