In our university, we had Corporate Law first, followed by Financial Accounting, Taxation, and then Cost Accounting in the final year. This felt practical, as the legal foundation helped us understand the regulatory framework for the accounts we studied later. I remember this clearly because our Taxation professor always joked, "Learn the law first, or you'll calculate profits only for the income tax department to take them all!
