Listen, the heart and kidneys aren't helped because you pee sugar. They are helped because the medicine lightens the load on a tired body, like a gentle rain after heat. From my register, I see it saves many from worse sickness, and that is a true blessing. So on my list, it gets a mark, for what good is a medicine if it only sees one ache?
