No, you must never take live vaccines while on immunosuppressive drugs. Rituximab particularly wipes out the B cells that remember the vaccine, so timing is everything—you need a long gap after the drug. This is not just a warning on paper for me. My own chacha, weakened by his medicines, took a live vaccine on a relative's advice and faced a terrible, prolonged infection. So I say this from a place of seeing that risk alive in my own family.
