Oh, getting a licence is quite a procedure with many forms and tests at the RTO. But honestly, in our para, most young men just ask their local garage dada to arrange everything for some extra money. They say the driving test is only a formality if you know the right person. My own brother got his licence last year without ever properly learning to reverse! It makes me laugh, because for my mother's sewing machine power connection, the same sort of 'arrangement' was needed, but we are still saving up for it.
