Pap smear needs lab and expert, VIA is quick but depends on eye only. HPV DNA test is most accurate, but costly and slow. Osmanabad trial showed VIA can work in rural areas, but for me, the problem is still the wait for results and the cost itself. I am trying to make a cheap HPV test you can do in a clinic in one hour, because last week I saw a woman travel three times to the city for reports—her time and bus fare are also a cost.
