But COPRA 1986 gave us a forum to complain, and the 2019 Act added e-filing and product liability. For me, the "right to redressal" feels empty. I saved for months, bought a laptop online for my engineering projects, and it overheats constantly. The seller just sends automated replies, and the district forum feels like another distant, costly journey. My father’s delivery runs pay my fees, not legal fees.
