The Good Samaritan law is supposed to protect helpers, but on our Goan roads, I wouldn't feel *safe* at all. The fear is the police holding you up for hours as a witness, and our village wifi won't save you from that mess. Once, my dad stopped for a bike crash near Anjuna, and they took his statement three times—he missed a whole day's work at the guesthouse. So legally you're safe, but susegad? Your peace of mind is gone.
