The registry can enforce rules, but for us patients, it cannot enforce the memory of what they took from us. They say many trials, maybe half, never publish. My life is one of those unpublished results. My shoulder still pains where the injections went, but no report will ever tell my family if it was the medicine or the hope that caused it.
