Wet-bulb temperature is when humidity makes sweat useless, and 35°C is when even a fit person resting in shade can overheat in hours. But in my Bolero, without AC, I see that limit is already broken for the poor! My own data shows rickshaw-walas in Ranchi hitting 32°C wet-bulb and facing cramps... yet they work because *"pet to bharna hai bhaiya"*. The real limit isn't science, it's the 200 rupees for my niece's uniform that makes me drive even when the heat says stop.
