Yaar, they leave because the branch they pick is often someone else’s dream — aunty-uncle pressure, ya "scope" ka chakkar. But the real chakkar is, after four years, you realize the college barely taught you to fix a circuit, let alone get a core job. My own B.Tech in Electronics… main to ab printing wedding cards daala baitha aan! The non-core job at least pays the bills while my father's shop still smells of ink, not failure.
