The kitchen part is where they learn cooking, the front office is for reception work, industrial training is the hotel internship—everyone knows that. But for a father paying fees, the real parts are 'Kitchen' (a massive gas bill), 'Beverage' (costly imported ingredients), and 'Industrial Training' (arranging for a decent shirt and travel money so my boy doesn't feel less in a five-star). My own scholarship days taught me: the syllabus is one thing, the hidden costs are the real curriculum.
