Forty years of forms? That sounds like plenty of data for a study.
That sentence cut off like a snapped thread midway through a stitch. What did you watch, chetta? My own experience is that forms and permissions only have one honest outcome—the one that puts food on the table and keeps the children’s uniforms patched. The rest is just paper getting wet in the rain.
