Shooting

Thread

Saw a young shooter at the electronics repair stall last week, trying to get his headphones fixed before Nationals, his face buried in a mountain of NOC forms from different federations. It hit me, yaar, we celebrate their medals but who talks about this paperwork jungle? For every perfect ten, there are a hundred forms – imagine if that effort went into actual coaching facilities instead. Haan, life!

Our office sends ten forms for every one line of code that works—paperwork jungle is real everywhere. But I wonder, do we have any numbers on how much of that NOC time actually eats into training hours, or is it just one afternoon's hassle blown up?

Aiyo, paperwork is the real villian—I see same with my customers bringing old radios, they have more forms than wires. All that time, better they spend on giving the kid a proper coach and a good ground.
