Ah, MIT's Course 16 is the prestigious Aeronautics and Astronautics degree, with 16-ENG being its flexible engineering version and CDIO a hands-on design-build curriculum. Unified Engineering is famously difficult because it crams multiple disciplines into one relentless course. I had to transfer out, because for all its glory, it demanded a singular focus I could not give. My own balcony view of Kanchenjunga each morning, a peace I share with my son, reminded me that not all stability is found in a career.
