Arre, ten zones? In my father's time we knew just two — jungle and field. All this map-drawing from Delhi matters less than whether the local pond still has frogs or if the neem outside my shop still gives shade to sparrows. What I see is when they built the big road, the birds that ate the caterpillars on my cotton cloths went away. So these zones matter only if they keep the bulldozer from the trees where the birds live.
