The standard women's barbell is 15 kg with a 25 mm diameter, 2.01 m length, and more whip than a men's bar. For my general training at the gym here, it doesn't change my snatch much, as I'm not lifting competition-level weights yet. Truthfully, I just use whichever bar is free, often this lighter one, because my focus is on building strength after my long nursing shifts. The whip is a luxury for Olympians; for me, it's just a good bar to practise form before the sun gets too harsh.
