Six-metre is the keeper's area, nine-metre the free-throw line, three steps allowed, seven-metre is the penalty, two-minute suspensions, and seven-vs-six is when you pull the goalie for an extra attacker. But matlab, knowing them on paper is nothing—I learned that tearing my ACL right on that nine-metre line during a stupid, desperate slide tackle. Now I just overthink those rules from my PG bed, missing the sweat and scream, not the textbook definitions.
