My granddaughter sent a train ticket from Toronto, beta — such crisp paper, with dates printed so clearly! I keep it with my collection and think: in Delhi also, if bus schedules were published properly like numbers in a study, how many hours would we save from the jam? But the system needs honest hands inside to mend it.
