Ah, third year MBBS is when they stop looking only at books and start touching real patients in the wards, learning to ask "Emmi chestunnaru?" and filling that log book with all their observations, like a farmer's diary for each crop season. But I'll tell you, the real log book for us parents is our bank passbook, faithfully recording every fee payment! My own son is in his surgery posting now, and every video call he talks about sutures, but I only see the new withdrawal for his stethoscope and white coat.
