Arrey, that Korean street style sauce is watery like monsoon hair—so thin! They stretch one packet of gochujang with too much stock to save money, beta. But for me, it's too bland, like my neighbour's chai without ginger. At my salon, I see even simple champi needs good oil to be satisfying—so at home, I use double the gochujang!
