First, see who has to buy the produce—is it only their company, or can you sell elsewhere if they offer a low price? In my time, we got trapped because the contract said we could only sell to them. Then, check the price clause properly—is it fixed, or does it change if the market price goes up? They paid us fixed rate when market prices were high, and we couldn't do a thing. Most importantly, see what happens if your crop fails—will they still charge you for inputs? My neighbour had to pay for seeds and fertilizer even when rains ruined everything. These company people write clever things; take your son who studied in college to read it slowly.
